8.1混凝土强度平均值、标准差及变异系数

测区数不少于10个时,应分别按公式(13)、(14)、(15)计算构件或检测批混凝土强度换 平均值、标准差和变异系数:

mf 构件或检测批混凝土强度换算值的平均值,精确至0.1MPa; 单个构件检测,取一个构件的测区数:按批抽样检测,取被抽取构件测区数之和; Sf 构件或检测批混凝土强度换算值的标准差,精确至0.01MPa; 构件或检测批混凝土强度换算值的变异系数,精确至0.01

8.2异常数据判断和处理

按批抽样检测或单个构件检测测区数不少于10个时,应进行异常数据的判断和处理,异常 断和处理应符合GB/T4883的规定,详见附录E。

按批抽样检测时,该批构件混凝土强度变异系数应满足表4的要求,否则应在分析原因的基础上采 取下列措施,并在检测报告中注明: a) 分析施工条件及检测结果,重新划分检测批; b 增加测区的数量; 若采取上述措施仍不能满足要求,或无条件采取上述措施时,可按8.4.1条提供单个构件的检 测结果。

表4测区混凝土强度的变异系数限值

单个构件检测,当测区数少于10个时,以各测区混凝土强度换算值的最小值作为该构件的混 度推定值:

构件为异常构件。 5.2对于强度换算值明显低于fs。的异常构件,应结合施工资料,考虑这些构件在结构中的分 析出现异常构件原因,异常构件应按单个构件评定强度,并在报告中说明。

D.1.3试块的制作和养护

a)按施工常用配合比设计不少于5个强度等级混凝土,每一强度等级每一龄期制作6个边卡 mm立方体试块,同一龄期试块宜在同一天内成型完毕; 在成型后的第二天,将试块移至与被测结构或构件相同的硬化条件下养护,试块拆模日期 构或构件的拆模日期相同

D. 1. 4 试块的测试

a 将到达龄期的试块表面擦净,以试块浇注侧面为承压面,将试块置于压力机的上、下承压板之 间,加压(30~100)kN(低强度试块相应取低压力值); b 在试块保持(30~100)kN的压力下,用回弹仪按本文件6.2条规定的方法,在试块的另外两 个相对侧面上分别选择均匀分布的8个点进行回弹; C 从每一试块的16个回弹值中分别剔除其中3个最大值和3个最小值,然后再求余下的10个回 弹值的平均值,计算精确至0.1,即得该试块的平均回弹值Rm; 回弹值检测完毕后,应按GB/T50081的规定,进行立方体试块抗压强度试验,得到试块的立 方体抗压强度值fm,精确至0.1MPa。 e 最后检测回弹检测面的碳化深度,得该试块的平均碳化深度值dm。

a. 专用测强曲线的回归方程式,应按每一试块求得的回弹值和抗压强度数据,采用最小二乘 理计算; b) 回归方程宜采用以下函数关系式:

Jou.1 构件或检测批混凝土强度换算值最小值; eu 一构件或检测批混凝土强度换算值最大值; Go.975、Go.995——格拉布斯检验临界值,按检测批测区数量由附录G查得。 取检出水平α为5%,剔除水平α*为1%,按双侧情形检验,检出水平α对应临界值为G.975,剔 除水平α对应临界值为Go.995° 若G,>G,,且G,>Go.975,则判断Jcun为离群值,否则,判断没有离群值。 现统计离群值,fcu为歧离值。 若G,>G,且G,>Go.975,则判断fan为离群值,否则,判断没有离群值。 对检出的离群值fau.1,若G,Go.95,则判断fem,为统计离群值,可考虑剔除,否则,判断未发现 统计离群值,fcu为歧离值。

E.2.1若检出了一个离群值,应用相同的检出水平和相同的规则,对除去已检出离群值后余下的数值 继续检验,直到不能检出离群值为止。对除去已检出离群值后余下的数值,应按本文件第8.1条重新计 算强度换算值的平均值、标准差和变异系数。检出的离群值总数不宜超过样本量的5%,若检出的离群 值总数超过了这个上限,对此样本应作慎重的研究和处理。 主.2.2检出歧离值后,不得随意舍去歧离值,应尽可能寻找其技术或物理上的原因,若在技术上或物 理上找到了产生它的原因,则应剔除或修正;若未找到产生它的物理上和技术上的原因,则不得剔除或 进行修正。

E.2.3为保证结构安全,建议按下列方法处理

a 高端歧离值可从样本中直接剔除; b 低端歧离值在有充分理由说明其异常原因时,可以剔除; C 当无充分理由说明其异常原因时,在低端歧离值邻近位置重新取样复测,根据复测结果,判断 是否剔除; d 保留歧离值,补充检测,增加样本数后重新检验异常值; e 保留歧离值,重新划分检测批后重新检测; f 歧离值剔除应由主检签字认可,并应记录剔除的理由和必要的说明
