6、1施工技术准备Constructiontechnicalpreparation
6、11认真熟悉图纸,领会设计意图。Befamiliarwiththedrawingsandseetheintentionsofthedesign.
6、12了解各单元区域的防爆等级以确定相应的防爆等级下照明设备材料应采用的防爆形式。Knowtheexplosiveclassesofeveryunitareatoconfirmtheexplosivetypeoflightingequipmentandmaterial.
6、13了解装置区各单元照明器具的分布情况、灯具数量、安装方式、灯具型号规格、安装标高、配线走向和照明箱位置。Knowthedistributionoflightingequipments,lampquantities,lamptypes,specifications,installationelevations,wiringdirectionsandlightingboxpositionsofeveryunitintheplantarea.
6、14核对配件、管材、导线的型号、规格和数量。Checkupthetypes,specificationsandquantitiesagainstthefittings,pipematerialsandleads.
6、15照明箱型号、规格、开关配置、灯具和插座的回路分配、及计算负荷。Thelightingbox’stypeandspecification,theswitchconfiguration,thelampandsocketloopdistributionandtheloadcalculation;
6、16施工措施和施工工序交底,了解质量工期要求和安全保证措施。Constructionmeasuresandprocedurebrief,knowingthequalityrequirementsandsafetyassurancemeasures.
6、17提前制作工艺卡片、进行施工技术交底、施工方案报审得到批准等工作。Makeprocesssheets,constructiontechnicalbriefandplanreviewinginadvance.
6、2现场准备Sitepreparation
6、22照明系统开始施工前必须由本单位工程部门组织检查、确认,与其他专业相互协调,防止错误工序造成材料、资源浪费。Priortothelightingsystemconstruction,theengineeringdepartmentofthisunitshallorganizeforinspectionandconfirmation;cooperatewithotherdisciplinestopreventwrongproceduresfrommaterialandresourcewaste.
6、3施工机具准备Constructionequipmentpreparation

6、4施工材料准备Constructionmaterialpreparation
6、41管材、配管支架角钢、(防爆)照明箱、照明箱固定型钢、(防爆)密封件、(防爆)灯具、(防爆)插座、开关、接线盒、电缆。Pipematerials,pipingsupportanglesteels,(explosiveproof)lightingboxes;profiledsteelsforfixinglightingboxes,(explosiveproof)seals,(explosiveproof)lamps,(explosiveproof)sockets,switches,junctionboxesandcables;

7.1开箱检验Inspection
7、11开箱检验时,应轻拿轻放,防止损坏。Wheninspecting,takeandputthematerialslightlytopreventdamage;
7、12外观检查良好、铸件无裂纹及砂眼、玻璃罩无碎裂、密封良好。ThevisualinspectionisOK,theforgedfittingsarefreefromcrackorsandpit,glassshieldsarefreefromcrackandthesealshallbeallright.
7、13照明器具应符合现行的国家质量标准并具有有效的合格证件。Thelightingsshouldmeettheactualnationalqualitystandardsandbewithvalidcertificates.
7、14照明器具的型号规格、防爆等级符合设计要求。Thetypes,specificationsandexplosiveclassesoflightingsmeetthedesignrequirements.
7.2预制Prefabrication
7、21照明支架的尺寸应根据照明配管部位各平台的具体情况确定,框架有防火层时应考虑防火层的厚度,以避免照明管、接线盒等被埋入防火层内。同一场所内使用的支架应长短一致。Thesizesoflightingsupportsshallbebasedonthespecificplatformconditionsoflightingpiping.Iftheframehasfireproofcoat,thethicknessofitshouldbetakenintoaccounttoavoidlightingtubesandjunctionboxesfrombeingembeddedinthefireproofcoat.Thelengthsofsupportsinoneareashouldbeequal.
7、22照明支架的钻孔直径由管径及所使用“U”型卡子的直径确定。Thedrillingholediameteroflightingsupportshallbedecidedbypipediameterand“U”clipused.
7、23照明灯具安装前应进行组装、接线和试亮,灯头接线采用的导线规格符合设计要求,接线应采用不同颜色的导线来区分相线和零线,螺纹灯头的相线应接在中心端子上。带电池的应急灯应进行放电试验,应急灯的持续放电时间为30分钟,必须符合设计和产品说明书的要求。Priortolightinglampinstallation,makeassembly,connectionandlightingtest;theleadspecificationforlampconnectionshouldmeetthedesignrequirement;usedifferentcolorsofleadsforconnectiontodifferentiatethehotwirefromtheneutralone.Thehotwireofathreadlampshouldbeconnectedtothecentralterminal;dischargetestshallbemadeforemergencylampswithbatteries.Thelastingdischargetimeshouldbe30minutesandmustmeetthedesignanddescription.
7.3照明箱安装Lightingboxinstallation
7、31照明箱定位应依据设计照明平面图的要求,不得随意移动位置。Thelightingboxpositionsmustmeettherequirementsthelightingplans;don’tchangethepositionatwill;
7、32照明箱安装在框架的钢柱上时应留有防火层的间隙。Whenlightingboxesareinstalledonthesteelpolesofframes,theclearanceforfireproofcoatmustbereserved.
7、33照明箱安装时中心距地面1.3米,安装的标高为符合设计要求,垂直度不应超过1.5‰。asforthelightingboxinstallation,thedistancefromthecentertothegroundshallbe1.3mandtheinstallationelevationshouldmeetthedesignrequirementandtheperpendicularityshallbewithin1.5‰.
7、34照明箱安装过程中要注意保护照明箱上的开关把手。Duringtheinstallation,payattentiontoprotecttheswitchhandlesoflightingboxes.
7.4配管Piping
7.4.1钢管切断采用无齿锯、钢锯、割管器等工具。切断时用力均匀,切断口用锉刀或绞刀锉光(或刮光)使管口整齐光滑。Usespeedcutters,hacksawsandpipecutterstocutsteelpipes;thecuttingforcemustbeequalandthecutmouthshallbefiledbyafireordrift.
7.4.2套丝长度:当与接线盒等器具螺纹口相连时不宜小于管外径的1.5倍;管与管相连时不小于管接头长度的1/2加2~4扣;采用手带丝套丝时宜两遍成型。Threadinglength:itshallbeequaltoormorethan1.5timesofthepipeouterdiameterwhenconnectingwiththethreadopensofjunctionboxesandsoon;itshallbeequaltoormorethanthesumof1/2pipejointlengthand2~4buckleswhenapipeisconnectedwithanotherone;itshouldbeformedtwotimeswhenusingahandthreadingtool.
7.4.3钢管煨弯时宜采用弯管机或弯管器,弯管器的选用不得以大代小,弯管时应多次向后移动弯管器以免管子被弯瘪,每次后移的距离不宜过大;带丝扣弯曲时为保护丝扣可将丝头带上管箍或加一块适当厚度的木板。Whenbendingsteelpipes,it’sbettertousepipebenders.Don’treplacebigbenderswithsmallones.Whenbendingapipe,movethebenderbackwardstimeaftertimetoavoidpipefrombeingshriveledandthemovedistanceeverytimeshouldbeproper;whenbendingthethreadbuckles,toprotectthethreadhead,apipehoopshallbeusedoraboardwithproperthicknessshallbeadded;

7.4.5水平或垂直敷设的明照明管,其水平或垂直安装的允许偏差为1.5mm/m,全长偏差不应大于管内径的1/2。Asforhorizontallyorverticallybaredlightingtubes,theallowabledeviationofinstallationis1.5mm/mandthefulllengthdeviationshallbewithin1/2ofthepipeinsidediameter.
