1.4钢结构安装InstallationofSteelStructure
1.4.1基础验收FoundationInspection&Acceptance
a钢结构安装前应对建筑物的定位轴线、基础轴线和标高、地脚螺栓位置等进行检查，并办理书面交接验收手续。基础验收应由监理单位会同土建施工单位和安装施工单位联合进行。

1.4.2安装Installation
钢结构安装施工时，需根据结构柱基础移交进度情况和施工总体统筹计划的要求进程，总体原则是：优先进行管廊结构的安装，后进行钢框架的安装。管廊结构的安装，应根据设计特点，合理将其划分为若干独立单元，以便组织施工；每一单元的全部构件安装完毕后，应能形成稳定的空间刚度单元。

为方便管道安装及装置施工期间大型机械设备的进出场，在AREA940和AREA950管廊结构安装时暂预留部分结构不安装，待条件具备后再完善施工。

管廊结构拟利用50吨～120吨等不同等级的液压吊车将预制合格的柱梁构件逐件吊装完成；设备框架的安装，如设计与安装条件许可，拟在其安装位置就近预制成片或箱形的单元结构，利用大型吊车整体安装，框架吊点须经计算确定，并经设计单位批准，必要时应进行强度和稳定性验算，采取必要的加固措施。

（1）钢柱脚安装前，先按要求将基础进行处理，并根据安装标高在地脚螺栓两侧设置垫铁，然后预制好的钢柱构件吊装就位，找正、找平、把紧地脚螺栓。

（2）钢结构的柱、梁和支撑等主要构件安装形成空间刚度单元后，应及时进行找正、固定，当天安装的钢构件应形成稳定的空间体系。

（3）每一单元的钢结构安装完毕，找正合格，应及时交付建筑施工单位用无收缩水泥或CGM浆料按图纸标高进行二次灌浆。
（4）钢柱安装时，每节柱的定位轴线应从地面控制轴线进接引上，不得从下层柱轴线引上。

（5）钢结构安装、校正时，应根据风力、温差、日照等外界环境和焊接变形等因素的影响，采取相应的调整措施。

（6）钢构件运输时，应根据长度、重量选用车辆，钢构件在车辆上的支点，两端伸出的长度及绑扎方法均应保证钢构件不产生变形，不损伤涂层。
（7）应按种类、型号、安装顺序分区存放并做好标识，钢构件存放时应采取措施防止变形。

1.4.3连接和固定ConnectionandFixing
本标段钢结构采用大六角头高强度螺栓连接，连接接头经检查合格后方可紧固。螺栓拧紧采用指针式扭矩扳手或电动定扭矩扳手，用指针式扭矩扳手或带百分表的扭矩扳手检查，检查扳手的扭矩精度要高于施拧扳手的扭矩精度。

（1）高强度螺栓连接的摩擦面的加工及摩擦系数值应符合设计要求，摩擦面采用生锈处理方法时，安装前应以细钢丝刷除去摩擦面上的浮锈。安装时浍河桥上部结构施工方案，构件的摩擦面应保持干燥，不得在雨雪中作业（如无可靠的防护措施）。

（2）高强度螺栓连接安装时，在每个节点上应穿入必要的临时螺栓和冲钉，其数量由安装时可能承担的荷载计算确定，一般不得少于安装总数的1/3,并不得少于两个临时螺栓，冲钉穿入数量不超过临时螺栓的30%。

不得用高强度螺栓兼做临时螺栓，以防损伤螺纹引起扭矩系数的变化。

（3）安装高强度螺栓时，严禁强行穿入螺栓（如用锤敲打）。如不能自由穿入，该孔应用铰刀进行修整，禁止气割扩孔。修孔时，为了防止铁屑落入板叠缝中，铰孔前应将四周螺栓全部拧紧，使板叠密贴后再进行。修整后孔的最大直径应小于1.2倍螺栓直径。
