1.0.1为提高重庆市建筑防水工程技术水平，做到质量可靠，经 济合理，安全适用，节能环保，制订本标准。 1.0.2本标准适用于重庆市新建、改建和扩建工业与民用建筑 防水工程的材料、设计、施工和验收。 1.0.3建筑防水工程的材料、设计、施工和验收，除应符合本标 准外，还应符合国家现行有关标准的规定

消除或阻止两种材料或层次间物理粘结、机械咬合、化学反 应等影响的构造层
相邻两种材料之间互不产生有害的物理和化学作用的性能
由彼此相容、功能互补且粘结良好的卷材和涂料组合而成的 防水层。
能排出种植土中多余水分（具有一定蓄水功能）的构造层
具有防止植物根系穿刺功能的防水层
设置在坡屋面的瓦材或板材下面，起防水防潮作用的构 造层。
GB／T 19066.2-2020标准下载使水按设定方式排出的系统。
coating for waterproofing
以橡胶和沥青为基本组分、加入助剂混合制成的在使用年限 内保持粘性膏状体的防水材料。
采用水泥净浆或水泥砂浆等拌合物作为与基层的粘结材料， 搭接边自粘搭接的改性沥青防水卷材。

以高分子膜作为增强材料，在其一面或两面涂覆聚合物改性 沥青自粘料公路项目桥梁板施工方案，采用水泥拌合物粘结施工的湿铺防水卷材。
