1.0.1为适应城市轨道交通建设发展的需要，统一城市软 通工程测量技术要求，遵循技术先进、经济合理、质量可靠 全适用的原则，制定本规范
1.0.2本规范适用于城市轨道交通的线网规划、新
既有线路改造、运营线路维护以及第三方测量与第三方监测 程测量工作的技术设计、作业实施以及成果整理与质量检验
