1-3施工组织设计-EPC工程（339P）.docx吸烟环境(ETS)控制：在远离入口和活动窗口至少7.62米的地方，室外设置吸烟区；

IEQc1 Carbon Dioxide Monitoring: provide an airflow measurement device in the outdoor air intake of air conditioning units with an accuracy of plus or minus 15% of the design minimum outdoor air rate. Linkage mechanically airflow measurement feedback device with BAS system and reserve the CO2 monitoring function;
二氧化碳监控：在空调机组新风入口处设置风速检测装置，使准确性达到最小通风率设计值的正负15%范围内。机电工程反馈风速检测装置与BAS系统联动桩间 旋喷 止水 帷幕施工工艺，并且预留了CO2监测功能；
IEQc5 Indoor Chemical and Pollutant Source Control: install a medium efficiency filter in regularly occupied areas with a minimum efficiency reporting value (MERV) higher 13; filters of AHU and PAU are provided to process both return and outside air;
室内化学制品和污染源控制：为常规使用空间提供MERV值大于13的中效过滤器；AHU与PAU装备过滤器，对回风和室外新风进行过滤处理；
3) Energy and Atmosphere (EA)
EAp3减少通风、采暖、空调和制冷设备中的CFC，EAc4保护臭氧层：建筑的通风、采暖、空调和制冷系统不使用含CFC的制冷剂；
EAc5.1 Measurement and Verification: install water flow meter and thermometer in the terminal device of cooling water system; install an air flow meter with accuracy no less than 15% in the new air duct;
EAc5.1测量和审计：末端装置冷冻水系统上安装水流量表和温度计，新风管上安装精度不小于15%的空气流量计；
4) Water Efficiency (WE)
WEp1节水，20%。WEc3减少饮用水，减少30%、35%、40%：采用洁具流量（马桶3~4.2LPF，大便器4.2 LPF，(男)小便器1 LPF，水龙头1.9 LPF，淋浴花洒5.7 LPF），以达到减水40%的目标；
5.1.7 LEED Construction
施工现场生产、生活用水使用节水型生活用水器具，在水源处设置明显的节约用水标识。施工现场喷洒路面、绿化浇灌不宜使用市政自来水。现场搅拌用水、养护用水应采用有效的节水措施，严禁无措施浇水养护混凝土。
加强节水管理，施工用水进行定额计量。施工区、生活区用水计量分开，现场设置节水警示标牌；
3) The way of concrete curing can cover membrane and spray water.
混凝土养护采用薄膜覆盖，喷水养护措施。
1）Reasonably select construction machines and equipments, it is prohibited to use equipments, tools and products that do not satisfy requirements of energy saving and environment protection. At the same time, the power of the machine should be equivalent with the load.
合理选择施工机械设备，杜绝使用不符合节能、环保要求的设备、机具、和产品，选择的设备功率与负载相匹配；
2) Enhance construction machines management and make sure all equipments are under well maintaining and meterage.
加强施工机械管理，做好设备维修保养及计量工作；
施工现场照明采用节能照明灯具。
4) The standard of refrigeration temperature in office area is 26℃. Air conditioning turns on during working time from 10AM to 11:30AM and from 2:00PM to 5:30PM. The rest of time turns off.
办公室规定的制冷温度标准为，使用时间为上班时间的上午10：00至中午11：30，下午2：00至5：30，其余均为关闭空调时间；
生活区及办公区照明灯具选用节能型灯管，办公室及生活区门口粘贴“节约用电 下班关好电源”等宣传标语。
(3) Land Saving and Site Environment Protection
1) Land Saving
① Clay brick is not allowed to use for building. In order to save the farm land, reduce the weight of the engineering structure, increase the use space, speed up the construction schedule, concrete hollow block should use for all the walls of this project.
禁止使用粘土砖，本工程墙体采用普通混凝土空心砌块，保护耕地，同时减轻工程结构自重，增加使用面积，加快施工进度。
现场办公区用房采用活动彩板房，提高周转利用率，施工现场围墙可采用连续封闭的轻钢硬质压型彩钢板作围护，提高周转利用率。
③ Site layout should be reasonable and maximal space using. Based on the condition of environment and requirements of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and civilized construction, try to reduce discarded land and dead corner to make an efficient use of space for temporary facilities more than 90%. Batching plant, storage room, fabricating plant, work shed, and material storage and so on should locate close to existing hard road (temporary road).
要求平面布置合理、紧凑，在满足环境、职业健康与安全及文明施工要求的前提下尽可能减少废弃地和死角，临时设施占地面积有效利用率大于90%。施工现场搅拌站、仓库、加工厂、作业棚、材料堆场等布置应尽量靠近已有的硬化道路（临时道路）设置。

临时植被：所有天然的草坪和绿化植物都有自己特殊的保护水土流失的功能。对于短期内不需要施工的裸露的地带利用当地生长快，极度耐踩，几乎不需施肥浇水，而且耐冷耐热，恢复性极强等性能如狗牙根、马尾草、枸尾草、节节草等野草进行临时绿化。
According to the plan above, develop an implementation process as following:
② Temporary sedimentation channel: make temporary grit channels on each side of the road for runoff draining to the lawn or clarification tank nearby in time and prevent the soil to the road.
临时沉积沟渠：在场地路面的两边，采用砂砾做成临时沟渠，及时地将路面上的径流排到旁边草地或附近的澄清池内，并防止路两边的泥土进入路面。

沉积围墙：防止场地内水土流失，在整个建设工地用高的波纹钢板围墙全部封闭，减少场地内水土流失，便于控制场地内的沉积，同时也不影响市容美观。
④ Grass channel: make grass channels at each side of the site road to drain runoff over the road to the lawn or clarification tank nearby in time.
