12.旋涡流量计应安装在无振动的管道上,上、下游直管段的长度应符合设计要求,管道内壁应光滑。

19、现场安装色谱仪制造厂家提供的带伴热的薄壁管时,应事先测量现场预处理箱致色谱分析间的距离,根据薄壁管长度合理布置。

chromatogram manufacturer provided is being installed on site, and to
reasonably arrange according to the length of the thin wall piping.
20、厂家提供的随机仪表要严格按照厂家及说明书要求安装。
21、现场接线箱安装时要标明位号,安装位置按照设计要求布置,高度一般为距当前地面或平台1.2米,特殊位置通过设计和监理可作适当变动。
1.电缆敷设前应按设计要求核对电缆型号、规格、长度等,电缆外观应良好,保护层不得有破损,并要做绝缘电阻测定及导通试验。
Type, specification and length of cable should be checked according to design requirements before laying cable, and the appearance of the cable should be good, the protection layer cannot be damaged, and insulation resistance test and connection test should be carried out.
2.补偿电缆的型号、规格、材质应符合设计要求,绝缘电阻应经检查合格,产品型号应与热电偶的分度号相匹配。
3.对敷设长度进行实测,其实际长度应与设计长度基本一致,否则应按实际测量的电缆长度及电缆到货长度,编制电缆分配表,使剩余短头线最少化。
To measure the laying length, the actual length should be the same as the design length; otherwise, the cable distribution list should be worked out according to the actual measured length and delivered length of the cable to minimize the surplus cable.
4.根据现场电缆分布情况和电缆分配表,按先远后近,先集中后分散的原则,进行电缆敷设。
Laying cable should be executed in accordance with the cable distribution condition and cable distribution list on site, based on the principals of from far to near, from concentrate to decentralization.
5.电缆、补偿电缆不允许有中间接头。
6.电缆、补偿电缆首尾两端应贴有电缆位号。
7.电缆、补偿电缆敷设过程中,必须由专人统一指挥,并应停止在线槽或桥架上空的吊装等作业。电缆、补偿电缆敷设完毕应及时盖好盖板,避免造成电缆的机械损伤和烧伤。
8、电缆应按信号类型敷设在不同的电缆槽板内。
Cable should be laid in different cable tray in accordance with the signals type.
9.电缆在槽板内应排列整齐,在垂直槽板内敷设时,用绑扎带进行固定,并做到松紧适度。电缆在拐弯、两端等部位应留有适当余量。The cable should be laid in order in the tray, when routing in the vertical tray, to use tie to fix the cable, and the degree of tightness should be appropriate.
10.电缆与工艺设备、管道绝热层表面之间的距离最小为200mm。
The minimum distance between cable and processing equipment, piping insulation layer surface should be 200mm.
11.控制室控制系统用通讯电缆要采用保护管加以保护。
12.补偿电缆不应与其它线路在同一保护管内敷设。

13.一个段的分支电缆的总长度不能超过1200米。每个分支电缆的长度应该尽可能在10米之内。如果各个分支电缆的长度明显不同,端接器要安装在最长的分支电缆的末端靠近仪表的位置,而不是安装在接线箱中。在这种情况下,应该把端接器安装在靠近仪表的附加接线箱或端子盒中(使得对仪表的维护中不会影响到段)。
The total length for branch cable of one section should be no more than 1200m. And the length of each branch cable should be within 10m the whole way. If every branch cable is obviously different in length, end connectors should be installed near the instruments on the end of the longest branch cable, not in the junction box. In such case, the end connectors should be installed in accessional junction box or terminal box near the instruments (so that the maintenance of the instruments will not affect the section).
7.3.5导通与绝缘试验Test of electrification and insulation
1.绝缘试验和导通检查时,裸露导体的端头不得触地,不得与其它裸线接触。
