The unit shall be equipped with the emergency lights. The emergency lighting system shall turn to emergency work condition automatically in 5s after the power supplywas shut off,and can work continuously no less than 20min when charged enough.
The unit shall be equipped with the emergency devices to shut off all the power supplymanually, with a lack function after the shutting off.

Test methods are as follow : a)By megohmmeter check the power circuit of enclosure of electrical insulation, the results should be conformed to the requirements in 4.6 a). b)According to theinstrumentrating,add joint load. When exceed the specified load, should cut off electricity automatically, and the results shall be conformed to the requirement in 4.6b)

5.8Cabin structurerequirements test

5.9.2Positivepressurecontrol test
Closethewindowsand thedoors,turnon themain power, and start the air blower.The main power shall be turned on only if the indoor and outdoor airpressure difference reaches predetermined value 150Pa.Then open the doors or shut down the airblowerto decreasethe indoor andoutdoor air pressure difference topredetermined value50Pa, the result shall be conformed to the requirements in 4.8.2.
5.9.3Flammablegas safety test
Connect the flammable gas detector head and the device containing standard flammable gas sample, furn on the standard gas valve,check the correctness of the sensor's display and set the explosion lower limitvalue.Dischargetheflammablegasnear the sensorhead,the result shall be conformed to the requirements in4.8.3when theflammablegas density achieves the predetermined value
5.9.4Smoke safetytest
In the smoke detector sensor probetest range, casting smokeaccordingto the standard requirements of the smoke,the results should be conformed to the requirements of the 4.8.4.
For emergency lighting devicebattery charging tothesaturation state,shutoffthemainpower supply,recording emergency lighting in shut off the main power supplymuch time can be transferred to emergency work state and continuous lighting time, the results shall be conformed to the requirements in 4.8.5.
5.9.6Emergencysafetytest
Pressdowntheemergencyswitchmanually and carry out the test under the normal working condition. The test result shall be conformed to the requirements in 4.8.6.

leaving the factory.Only the units that have passed all related delivery inspection are qualified to lease thefactory. The items of delivery inspection arc listed in Table 2.
